Shipping policy
Order Processing We roast, pack, and ship all orders within 24 business hours of being received. Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Carriers All shipments are sent via USPS or UPS, depending on the destination, package size, and the service level selected at checkout. Carrier options and rates are displayed during checkout.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package from our roastery to your doorstep.
Delivery Timeframes Delivery times vary based on the carrier and the shipping method selected. While most orders arrive within standard carrier‑estimated windows, delays caused by the carrier or weather events are outside our control.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses Please double‑check your shipping information at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur additional shipping charges for reshipment.
