This lot is a fresh arrival from smallholder famers growing Caturra, Colombia, and Castillo varieties in the Valle del Cauca region. Carefully crafted by local families, cherries are pulped and undergo 18–36 hours of controlled fermentation, traditional washing and 12–20 days of sun drying for a clean, balanced cup.
